The golf shop at Acushnet River Valley GC offers a variety of name brand golf apparel including Titleist, FootJoy and Ahead golf.  Special orders are also available upon request.  Gift cards can also be purchased for merchandise, golf, and golf lessons.

Practice Facilities

Acushnet is equipped with a fully functional practice facility with one of the areas only manicured grass hitting areas (ask golf shop for availability).  The facility also boasts a 12,000 square foot practice putting green.

Food & Beverages

Our menu offers a wide variety of items to satisfy your needs when visiting.  We have a fresh in house deli made sandwich program for players on the go! Our deli program is complimented by a wide variety of snacks, featuring daily fresh baked goods.  We offer spring water, soft drinks, and Nantucket Nectars fruit juice.

Acushnet River Valley GC offers one of the largest selections of domestic and imported beers along with top shelf vodkas and single scotches.  We offer a full service bar and accommodate our customers with professional service.

Acushnet River Valley GC hosts a large number of annual golf tournaments and we offer a special menu for those events interested in dining in our outdoor facility. Our head chef prepares his own recipe featuring a special blend of spices encrusting our Black Angus Steak which is then flame seared to perfection.  Contact the golf shop for other menu options.

2025 Summer Coed Golf Clinics

These beginner/ intermediate golf clinics run for five consecutive weeks on the same day and time.  The first four sessions are one hour in length and take place on Acushnet River Valley's all grass driving range and practice green.  The fifth and final session is a 2 hour on course playing lesson.  We will cover golf fundamentals from short game to full swing and getting you comfortable on the course.  The cost is $200 per person and golf clubs are provided upon request.  

•  Class #1 begins Thursday, July 10th at 5:00pm and recurs on the same day and time for 5 consecutive weeks
•  Class #2 begins Thursday, July 10th at 6:30pm and recurs on the same day and time for 5 consecutive weeks **Final class at 5:30pm**

Issac is a PGA Class A Professional who has taught over 20,000 golf lessons. He has over 25 years teaching experience in the golf industry and we are very excited to have him as part of the Acushnet River Valley Team!

Issac's passion for golf has helped students of all abilities reach their goals. Prior to obtaining his PGA membership, he played 4 years of NCAA golf for Franklin Pierce University. His most recent positions include Head Golf Professional at Cranston Country Club in Cranston, RI and Quail Ridge Country Club in Acton, MA. He was a 2015 NEPGA Membership Committee Board Member and was recognized in 2009 by the PGA President’s Council on growing the game of golf.
